Are you a people person with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? Lawn Doctor is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our lawn care customers!

What You’ll Do:

Engage with Customers: Answer inbound calls and speak with potential customers to share our services and provide price quotes.
Follow Up & Ensure Satisfaction: Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, resolve customer issues, and ensure every customer is satisfied.
Drive Sales: Help customers discover how our services can benefit their lawns and sell our services over the phone.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate customer data, process paperwork, and support the sales and service teams.

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (we’ll train you on our software).
Previous experience in the lawn care industry is a plus, but not required.
